    I've never been to any Chase with such a negative atmosphere as this one. It's always empty each time I've ever been and yet I'm told to wait in line or it just takes excessively long. The women behind the counter all have such an unhappy expression. This location is my last resort for sure !

    Hello my name is Katina Mitchell and I personally would like to write a review on Scott Ayres...his name represents honesty, integrity, dependable, loyal, and caring. My first time crossing paths with Mr. Ayres was in 2005, which is when me and my husband were introduced to him and his down to earth personality. He helped us in so many ways by explaining everything according to the policies in addition to advising us of coverage we should consider, which would also cover us when others weren't covered. Scott is a man of his word, always willing to go that extra mile in order to make his clients happy. I have had many insurance carriers in my life time but by far he has been ans from where I stand now will be the best agent anyone could ever have. Thanks Scott for all you do please continue to do what you do...being an inspiration to others I feel truly blessed.

    TERRIBLE. so rude to me and my mother every morning. refused to acknowledge either of us when we came in, barely acknowledged my sister that actually attended there. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

    I have been in the branch twice in the past two weeks and both times the branch was nearly empty. People were standing around and could not help me because they do not multi-task. The only teller was the drive through teller as the other 3 tellers were helping a safe deposit box man. The bank manager could not help and neither could the business banker. 2 people left. The second time I wanted to open another account and the teller could not help, the business banker could not help but offered me coffee, the manager could not help. The man who could help, said he would be with me in a minute and 10 minutes later I finally left. The service is not good here. Busy or slow, they need to learn to multi-task. It is all about customer service and this location does not have it anymore.
